The executive board manages the University Hospital Aachen (UKA) to measure up to the profile and represents the UKA juridical and extrajudicial. The executive board has to come to a decision concerning all affairs of the University Hospital which, referring to the regulation of the establishment of the clinical center of the Technical University Aachen (University Hospital) public corporation or to the ordinance of the UKA "public corporation" are not assigned to the board of directors.
