The University Hospital Aachen is the first German hospital, which established a Call Center. After health personnel was trained as Call Center Agent in co-operation with the chamber of commerce and industry (IHK Aachen) the Call Center started up in 2001. The Call Center is available 24 hours a day on 365 days a year. The Agents answer your questions fast and reliably or connect you with the appropriate dialog partner.
