Following the great success of the first Worldwide Sodium Channel Conference in Grindelwald in 2024, Prof. A Lampert (Uniklinik RWTH Aachen, Germany) and Prof. Abriel (University of Bern, Switzerland), together with their teams, are now organizing the second Grindelwald Conference in Switzerland, which will take place from February 4 to 6, 2026.
This conference offers an excellent opportunity to present and discuss the latest advances in sodium channel research, ranging from molecular mechanisms and pharmacology to structural biology and translational medicine.
Among the internationally renowned speakers are Nieng Yan (China), the first to describe the Nav1.7 channel structure; Janneke Hoeijmakers (Netherlands), a clinical expert; José Ángel Aibar (Spain), President of the Dravet Syndrome Foundation; and Ayumi Sumino (Japan), who studies sodium channels using high-resolution atomic force microscopy. The full list of invited speakers is available here.
Researchers at all career stages are warmly invited to register here and submit their abstracts by November 2, 2025.
