Research in international exchange: Lecture by Priv.-Doz. Dr. Holger Jahr honored in Kaohsiung

Priv.-Doz. Dr. rer. nat. Holger Jahr, research associate at the Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology at Uniklinik RWTH Aachen, was invited to Kaohsiung (Taiwan) on September 12 and 13, 2025, as a speaker and keynote presenter.

In his lecture “Next Generation Healing: Printed Absorbable Metals for Bone and OCD Repair”, Priv.-Doz. Dr. rer. nat. Holger Jahr discussed, among other topics, the CarBoMD project funded by the BMFTR. His talk was recognized by Dr. Re-Wen Wu, Chief of the Department, who presented him with a Certificate of Appreciation.

On the following day, Dr. Jahr served as keynote speaker at the annual meeting of the Bone Muscle Joint Total Care Association (TBMJ). His presentation, “Absorbable Biomaterials: Pioneering Solutions for Regenerative Musculoskeletal Medicine,” was likewise honored by TBMJ President Dr. Wu.
