Accomodation

Aachen offers many hotels in the city center and a good bus connection to the venue of the conference, the RWTH university hospital. You can arrange your stay by yourself or book your accommodation via this link with a preselection of hotels. The cancellation policies of the hotels can be found in the FAQ section under “Hotel booking”.

If you book your stay in one of our congress hotels, we offer to deliver your congress badge and bus ticket to your hotel.

Please note: At present you are required to have a “2G” (vaccinated or recovered) certificate for the access to the conference site. Please check the regulations regularly here.
