WP 3.4 Overarching Analysis: Neuroimaging

Objective: To gain deeper insight into the underlying mechanisms of gut-brain interaction longitudinally during weight gain and following PUFA/psychobiotics interventions in patients with AN (WP1.2, 1.3) and corresponding animal models (WP 2.1). Multi-modal volumetric and diffusion tensor anatomical and resting state and task-based functional MRI-techniques will be applied.
