For citizens in certain countries, Application procedure of VISA is necessary to enter Germany.

VISA application information might be founded from your local travel agent, local German Embassy or Consulate-General Office of Germany.
The organizer of ISEM2027 will prepare the necessary documents for applicants in need.
Applicants can require VISA application documents once registration procedure is completed.
To do so, please contact ISEM2027@ukaachen.de after you have registered.

• If the required information is missing, document processing will take time longer than usual. Your prompt action is highly recommended.
• Once you receive the documents from the organizer, you must submit these documents along with other documents specified by the German Embassy or Consulate General of Germany. You are responsible for making the necessary arrangements for these documents, and the organizer or secretariat office does not take any responsibility for the success/failure of the application.
• Please also note that the organizer/secretariat will not cover the cost of the VISA application.
