Die Arbeitsgruppe MRT-Forschung beschäftigt sich mit einer Vielzahl präklinischer und klinischer Fragestellungen:
- Techniken der MR-Bildakquise und -verarbeitung, auch unter Nutzung von Techniken der Künstlichen Intelligenz (Artificial Intelligence – AI)
- MR-Bildgebung der Leberfunktion
- Bildgebende Nachuntersuchungen nach interventionell-radiologischen Therapien
- Systematische Optimierung und Validierung neuartiger MR-Sequenzen, z.B. kombinierter morphologisch-funktioneller Sequenzen zur umfassenderen Gewebebeurteilung sowie neuer Techniken der Prostata-MRT
- Neue Methoden der MR-gesteuerten Prostatabiopsie
