As a patient with a referral stating the corresponding question, or as a physician on behalf of your patients, you are welcome to arrange an appointment.

Appointments are possible on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please preferably use our online appointment request for this.

Alternatively, you can also request an appointment by email at endoskopie@ukaachen.de or, if email contact is not possible for you, by telephone at 0241-8080863 or by fax at 0241 80-82559.

You can reach Endoscopy by taking elevator B3 to the 3rd floor. Please go first to control point B4 on the 3rd floor approximately 15 minutes before your appointment, in order to complete administrative formalities (e.g. health insurance card, referral form). After that, please proceed to corridor 27 to register at Endoscopy/Sonography reception.

Enter through the main entrance and walk behind the escalator to elevator B3. Please check in at control point B4 on the 3rd floor approximately 15 minutes before your appointment, to allow enough time to complete administrative formalities.

After checking in, please proceed to Endoscopy registration (3rd floor, corridor 27; near elevator B3) and check in at the reception counter.
