Dr. Razan El Faraj comes from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology to work at the Institute of Physiology

On July 1st, Dr. Razan El Faraj started at the Institute of Physiology as a post-doctoral researcher. She has two M.Sc. degrees: one in Bioengineering from the Cyprus International University and one in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology from Ècole des Mines in Saint-Ètienne and Aix-Marseille University. For her Ph.D., she moved to Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where she worked on personalized Drug Response Profiling. Dr. El Faraj will support our efforts to understand how tumor cells react to and cope with their acidic microenvironment. We are looking forward to working with Razan El Faraj!
