Quality management at Uniklinik RWTH Aachen
Quality and risk management is an important part of the work at Uniklinik RWTH Aachen. In addition to our commitment to patients, our quality management is subject to a large number of requirements. These include legal requirements, projects from associations and initiatives and, in particular, activities and measures aimed at the continuous improvement of patient care in our hospital. Various instruments are used to continuously monitor the quality of our services. These include determining patient satisfaction and regularly reviewing the quality of processes and results through internal and external quality and risk audits.

The individual experiences of our patients during their stay and treatment are very important to us. Together with regular patient surveys, the praise and complaints management system provides important insights into this. A patient advocate is also there for our patients and takes care of their concerns.
